Nicole Richie and Joel Madden Are Now Parents

People magazine reports that Nicole and Joel celebrated the birth of their baby girl today.
Named Harlow Winter Kate Madden (I love it!), their daughter was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and weighed 6 lbs., 7 oz.
In August 2006, Nicole looked like hell. Skin stretched over bones. Reportedly addicted to heroin.
Hopefully, those days are far behind her now and she will be a good mother to her child.
